1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Participation in the 2027 Success Challenge ("the Challenge") constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in full.

1.2 These Terms apply to all partner gyms, gym owners, and individual members who participate in the Challenge in any capacity.

1.3 Success Supplements Pty Ltd ("the Promoter") reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Partner Gyms

2.1 Partner gyms must be a registered business operating in Australia.

2.2 Partner gyms must pay the $250 AUD one-time partner fee to be confirmed as an official participant.

This fee provides access to the official Facebook ad copy, sales scripts, marketing resources and educational materials for the Challenge, and grants the partner gym the right to advertise the 2027 Success Challenge including its prizes and branding.

The Promoter makes no guarantee as to the performance or results of these materials. They are provided as a resource only and outcomes will vary depending on individual effort and execution.

2.3 Partner gyms that have not paid the $250 partner fee have no right to publicly advertise, promote, or represent the 2027 Success Challenge, its prizes, branding, or any associated materials.

This includes but is not limited to paid advertising, public social media posts, and any public-facing promotion.

Non-confirmed gyms may share information about the Challenge within a private gym setting or closed members group only.

Unauthorised public use of Success Supplements branding or Challenge materials may result in legal action.

2.4 Partner gyms must agree to these Terms on behalf of themselves and their participating members.

2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to decline any gym's application without providing a reason.

Individual Members

2.6 The Challenge is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Participation is not restricted by gym membership, fitness level, or location within Australia.

2.7 Participants must spend a minimum total of $150 AUD on Success Supplements products during the Challenge.

Participants may meet this requirement by either:

• Spending a minimum of $50 AUD per month for 3 months, covering the duration of the Challenge; or
• Making a one-time purchase of $150 AUD or more.

This is a condition of entry and ongoing eligibility.

2.8 Proof of qualifying purchases may be requested by the Promoter at any time. Participants who cannot demonstrate that they have met the minimum $150 purchase requirement will be deemed ineligible.

2.9 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Success Supplements Pty Ltd, partner gyms, or any associated sponsor are not eligible to win prizes.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 Entry into the Challenge requires participants to commit to a minimum total spend of $150 AUD on Success Supplements products using their participating partner gym's discount code.

This requirement may be satisfied through either:

• $50 AUD per month for 3 months; or
• One purchase of $150 AUD or more.

This is a mandatory condition of entry.

3.2 All participants must complete the full onboarding process during Week 0 or Week 1.

Week 0: Sunday, 7 February 2027
Week 1: Monday, 8 February 2027 to Friday, 12 February 2027

The onboarding process includes:

• Submission of before photos - front, side and back
• A recorded starting weight
• An optional InBody or Evolt/body composition scan
• Completion of the official goal-setting form

3.3 InBody, Evolt or equivalent body composition scans are optional but strongly recommended.

Where a participant completes body composition scans, they should be conducted at the following intervals to be considered in judging:

• Week 0 - 7 February 2027 - starting scan
• Week 4 - 7 March 2027 - progress scan
• Week 8 - 4 April 2027 - progress scan
• Week 12 - 2 May 2027 - final scan

3.4 Participants who complete all four body composition scans will have this data included in the judging assessment.

Participants without body composition scan data may still participate and will be assessed based on their other documented results, including photographs and recorded weight.

3.5 Late entries may be accepted up to and including Friday, 12 February 2027, being the end of Week 1, at the Promoter's discretion.

Participants who complete onboarding during Week 1 remain eligible for all applicable prizes.

3.6 Failure to complete the required onboarding process by the end of Week 1 will render the participant ineligible to win prizes.

3.7 Participants must meet the minimum $150 Success Supplements purchase requirement throughout the Challenge Period to remain eligible.

3.8 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms.

4. Winner Selection

Judging Panel

4.1 Winners will be selected by the internal judging panel of Success Supplements Pty Ltd ("the Panel").

4.2 The Panel will consist of no fewer than two representatives of the Promoter. Names of Panel members will not be publicly disclosed.

4.3 The Panel's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding judging outcomes.

Judging Criteria

4.4 Winners will be selected based on their overall documented transformation results assessed at the end of Week 12.

Judging criteria may include:

• Documented weight change
• Before and after photo comparison
• Available InBody, Evolt or other body composition results
• Adherence to the Challenge
• Overall transformation results
• Overall transformation story

The Challenge is judged on documented transformation results and is not a random draw or participation-based competition, except where a prize is specifically identified as a random weekly or promotional draw.

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification from any finalist before confirming a winner.

4.6 All final judging submissions must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 2 May 2027.

Late submissions will not be considered.

4.7 Judging will take place from Monday, 3 May 2027.

Winners are scheduled to be announced on Wednesday evening, 5 May 2027.

Verification

4.8 Participants must be able to verify their starting and finishing data upon request.

This may include:

• Original photographs with unedited metadata
• Weigh-in records
• InBody reports
• Evolt reports
• Other body composition records

4.9 Any participant found to have manipulated, edited, fabricated or misrepresented their submission data will be immediately disqualified and may be required to return any prize already received.

5. Prizes

5.1 The prize pool for the 2027 Success Challenge is as follows:

5.2 Judged prizes from 1st to 5th place are selected by the internal Success Supplements judging panel based on documented transformation results assessed at the end of Week 12.

5.3 Weekly draw prizes are drawn at random from eligible participants.

5.4 The Bali Retreat Draw will be conducted during the Challenge, on a date communicated to participants by the Promoter.

One eligible participant will receive a double pass to the 2027 Success Bali Health Retreat valued at approximately $3,000, entitling them to attend with one guest of their choice.

Participants must have met the applicable entry requirements at the time of the draw to be eligible.

5.5 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter.

5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

5.7 Prize winners are responsible for all costs not explicitly included in the relevant prize description, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, tax obligations and personal expenses.

5.8 The Bali Retreat prize is subject to the 2027 Success Bali Health Retreat proceeding as planned.

If the Retreat is cancelled or materially postponed, the Promoter may offer a substitute prize of equivalent value to the winner.

5.9 Cash prizes will be paid by direct bank transfer within 14 business days of winner verification and confirmation.

5.10 Physical prizes will be dispatched within 21 business days of winner confirmation to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

5.11 Prize values stated are approximate retail values at the time of publication and may be subject to change.

6. Partner Gym Obligations

6.1 Partner gyms are responsible for ensuring their participating members are made aware of and agree to these Terms prior to entering the Challenge.

6.2 Partner gyms must not make representations about the Challenge that are inconsistent with these Terms or any official marketing materials supplied by the Promoter.

6.3 Partner gyms must not use the Success Supplements name, logo or associated branding outside of the materials provided in the official marketing toolkit without prior written consent from the Promoter.

6.4 The $250 one-time partner fee is non-refundable once a gym's participation is confirmed.

7. Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant or partner gym at any time for:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Failing to comply with any part of these Terms
• Failing to meet the required Success Supplements minimum purchase requirement
• Conduct that the Promoter considers inappropriate, harmful or damaging to the Challenge or Success Supplements brand
• Manipulating entry data or judging submissions
• Breaching any applicable law

7.2 Disqualified participants forfeit any right to prizes.

The Promoter is not liable to provide compensation to a participant following valid disqualification.

8. Disputes

8.1 All disputes arising from or relating to the Challenge, including disputes regarding prize distribution or these Terms, must be submitted in writing to:

within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

8.2 The Promoter will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 21 business days.

8.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, either party may refer the matter to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator.

The cost of mediation will be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

8.4 If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter may be referred to the courts of the relevant Australian state or territory.

8.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

To the extent that a specific state or territory jurisdiction is required, it will be the state in which the Promoter's principal place of business is located.

8.6 The Promoter's decision regarding winner selection is final.

Disputes regarding judging outcomes will not be accepted following the official winner announcement on Wednesday, 5 May 2027.

9. Privacy

9.1 By participating in the Challenge, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Challenge and related marketing communications.

9.2 The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy.

9.3 Winners consent to the Promoter using their:

• Name
• Participating gym name
• Transformation photographs
• Weight results
• Body composition results
• Transformation story

for promotional purposes including social media, websites, email marketing and advertising, unless the winner opts out in writing prior to the winner announcement date.

9.4 Partner gyms consent to being listed as official 2027 Success Challenge Partner Gyms in the Promoter's marketing materials for the duration of the Challenge Period.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Challenge.

10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, errors or delays relating to the receipt of entries, submissions, purchases or communications.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Winner Announcement

11.1 Winners are scheduled to be announced on Wednesday evening, 5 May 2027 via Zoom, social media, another online platform or another format determined by the Promoter.

11.2 Details about how participants can watch or access the winner announcement will be communicated to participants and partner gyms prior to the announcement.

11.3 Winners will be contacted directly using the contact information supplied at registration within 24 hours of the official announcement.

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their contact information remains current and accurate.

11.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of the announcement, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner where appropriate.

11.5 The Promoter reserves the right to change the format, platform or date of the winner announcement at its discretion.

Reasonable notice will be provided to participants where possible.

11.6 The winner announcement may be recorded and subsequently published through Success Supplements' social media channels, website, email marketing or other promotional channels.

12. Bali Retreat Invitation - 2027

12.1 Participants and partner gyms may be invited to attend the 2027 Success Supplements Bali Retreat.

12.2 Unless received as an official Challenge prize, attendance at the Retreat is a separate ticketed event.

The Bali Retreat Draw winner will receive the advertised double pass at no cost.

All other participants and partner gyms may attend at their own cost, subject to availability and the separate pricing and booking conditions issued for the Retreat.

12.3 Retreat places are limited and will be allocated subject to availability and the booking conditions provided by the Promoter.

12.4 Retreat pricing, inclusions, payment requirements and booking terms will be outlined separately to the Challenge Terms and Conditions.

12.5 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the Retreat due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Travel restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Insufficient registrations
• Events outside the Promoter's reasonable control

Where applicable, refunds or alternative arrangements will be handled in accordance with the separate Retreat booking agreement.

12.6 Participation in the Challenge does not automatically guarantee a place at the Retreat.

13. General

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and participants with respect to the 2027 Success Challenge.

13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

13.3 The Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
