Refund policy

For health and safety reasons, supplements have stricter return rules.

Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on supplement tubs that have been opened or have a broken heat-induction seal.

Return Criteria:

• Unopened Products: You may return unopened, sealed supplements within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your powder arrives damaged (e.g., punctured bag or cracked tub), please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

• Taste/Preference: We generally do not offer refunds based on personal taste preference. We recommend trying a smaller size or sample pack first if available.
