1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Participation in the 2026 Success Challenge ("the Challenge") constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in full.

1.2 These Terms apply to all partner gyms, gym owners, and individual members who participate in the Challenge in any capacity.

1.3 Success Supplements Pty Ltd ("the Promoter") reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Partner Gyms

2.1 Partner gyms must be a registered business operating in Australia.

2.2 Partner gyms must pay the $250 AUD one-time partner fee to be confirmed as an official participant. This fee provides access to the official Facebook ad copy and sales script for the Challenge, and grants the partner gym the right to advertise the 2026 Success Challenge including its prizes and branding. The Promoter makes no guarantee as to the performance or results of these materials. They are provided as a resource only and outcomes will vary depending on individual effort and execution.

2.3 Partner gyms that have not paid the $250 partner fee have no right to publicly advertise, promote, or represent the 2026 Success Challenge, its prizes, branding, or any associated materials. This includes but is not limited to paid advertising, public social media posts, and any public-facing promotion. Non-confirmed gyms may share information about the Challenge within a private gym setting or closed members group only. Unauthorised public use of Success Supplements branding or Challenge materials may result in legal action.

2.4 Partner gyms must agree to these Terms on behalf of themselves and their participating members.

2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to decline any gym's application without providing a reason.

Individual Members

2.6 The Challenge is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. Participation is not restricted by gym membership, fitness level, or location within Australia.

2.7 Participants must spend a minimum of $50 AUD per month on Success Supplements products for the duration of the Challenge Period. This is a condition of entry and ongoing eligibility.

2.8 Proof of qualifying monthly purchases may be requested by the Promoter at any time. Participants who cannot demonstrate the minimum monthly spend will be deemed ineligible.

2.9 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Success Supplements Pty Ltd, partner gyms, or any associated sponsor are not eligible to win prizes.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 Entry into the Challenge requires a minimum purchase of $50 AUD per month on Success Supplements products using the participant's partner gym discount code. This is a mandatory and ongoing condition of entry.

3.2 All participants must complete a full onboarding process during Week 0 (Sunday 13 July 2026) or Week 1 (Monday 20 July 2026 - Friday 24 July 2026), which includes:

• Submission of before photos (front, side, and back)
• A recorded starting weight
• An optional InBody or body composition scan (recommended at Week 0)
• Completion of a goal-setting form

3.3 InBody or body composition scans are optional but strongly recommended. Where a participant completes an InBody scan, it must be conducted at the following intervals to be considered in judging:

• Week 0 (13 July 2026) - starting scan
• Week 4 (10 August 2026) - mid-point scan
• Week 8 (7 September 2026) - progress scan
• Week 12 (5 October 2026) - final scan

3.4 Participants who complete all four InBody scans will have their body composition data included in the judging assessment. Participants without scan data will be assessed on photos and weight records only.

3.5 Late entries may be accepted up to and including Friday 24 July 2026 (end of Week 1) at the Promoter's discretion. Participants who onboard in Week 1 remain eligible for all prizes.

3.6 Failure to complete the onboarding process by the end of Week 1 will render the participant ineligible to win prizes.

3.7 Participants must maintain a minimum spend of $50 AUD per month on Success Supplements products throughout the Challenge Period to remain eligible (see clause 3.1).

3.8 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms.

4. Winner Selection

Judging Panel

4.1 Winners will be selected by the internal judging panel of Success Supplements Pty Ltd ("the Panel").

4.2 The Panel will consist of no fewer than two representatives of the Promoter. Names of Panel members will not be publicly disclosed.

4.3 The Panel's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding judging outcomes.

Judging Criteria

4.4 Winners will be selected based on overall transformation results assessed at the end of Week 12. Judging criteria include documented weight change, before and after photo comparison, available body composition scan results, adherence to the program, and overall transformation story.

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification from any finalist before confirming a winner.

4.6 All judging submissions must be received by 11:59 PM AEST, Sunday 11 October 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

4.7 Judging will take place on Monday 12 October 2026. Winners will be announced on Wednesday evening, 14 October 2026.

Verification

4.8 Participants must be able to verify their starting and finishing data upon request. This includes original photos with unedited metadata, weigh-in records, and any available body composition reports.

4.9 Any participant found to have manipulated, edited, or misrepresented their submission data will be immediately disqualified and may be required to return any prize already received.

5. Prizes

5.1 The prize pool for the 2026 Success Challenge is as follows:

Judged prizes - based on transformation results:

• 1st Place - $5,000 cash
• 2nd Place - E-Bike ($2,200) + $250 Success Supplements voucher + $500 MSCR voucher
• 3rd Place - E-Bike ($2,200) + $250 Success Supplements voucher
• 4th Place - $500 MSCR voucher + $250 Success Supplements voucher
• 5th Place - $500 MSCR voucher + $250 Success Supplements voucher

Weekly draw:

• $100 MSCR voucher - drawn weekly
• $100 Success Supplements voucher - drawn weekly

Bali Draw - Saturday 1 August 2026:

• 1x double pass to the 2027 Success Bali Health Retreat valued at $3,000 - one winner brings a friend

Total prize pool: $20,000+ AUD

5.2 Judged prizes (1st-5th place) are selected by the internal Success Supplements team based on documented transformation results assessed at the end of Week 12.

5.3 Weekly draw prizes are drawn at random from all eligible participants each week.

5.4 The Bali Draw will take place on Saturday 1 August 2026. One winner will receive a double pass to the 2027 Success Bali Health Retreat (valued at $3,000), entitling them to attend with one guest of their choice. All participants who have met the entry requirements at that point are eligible.

5.5 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter's control.

5.7 Prize winners are responsible for all costs not explicitly included in the prize description, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, tax obligations, and personal expenses.

5.8 The Bali Draw prize is subject to the 2027 Success Bali Health Retreat proceeding as planned. If cancelled or postponed, the Promoter will offer a substitute prize of equivalent value to the winner.

5.9 Cash prizes will be paid by direct bank transfer within 14 business days of winner verification and confirmation.

5.10 Physical prizes will be dispatched within 21 business days of winner confirmation to an Australian address nominated by the winner.

5.11 Prize values stated are approximate retail values at the time of publication and may be subject to change.

6. Partner Gym Obligations

6.1 Partner gyms are responsible for ensuring their participating members are made aware of and agree to these Terms prior to entry.

6.2 Partner gyms must not make representations about the Challenge that are inconsistent with these Terms or any official marketing materials provided by the Promoter.

6.3 Partner gyms must not use the Success Supplements name, logo, or associated branding outside of the materials provided in the official marketing toolkit without prior written consent from the Promoter.

6.4 The $250 one-time partner fee is non-refundable once a gym's spot is confirmed.

7. Disqualification

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant or partner gym at any time for:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Failure to comply with any part of these Terms
• Conduct that the Promoter deems inappropriate, harmful, or damaging to the Challenge or the Success Supplements brand
• Manipulation of entry data or judging submissions
• Breach of any applicable law

7.2 Disqualified participants forfeit any right to prizes. The Promoter is not liable to provide any compensation upon disqualification.

8. Disputes

8.1 All disputes arising from or in connection with the Challenge, including disputes regarding winner selection, prize distribution, or these Terms, must be submitted in writing to the Promoter at admin@successsupps.com.au within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

8.2 The Promoter will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 21 business days.

8.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, either party may refer the matter to mediation before a mutually agreed mediator. The cost of mediation will be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

8.4 If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter may be referred to the courts of the relevant Australian state or territory.

8.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. To the extent a specific state or territory jurisdiction is required, it will be the state in which the Promoter's principal place of business is located.

8.6 The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to winner selection is final and binding. Disputes regarding judging outcomes will not be accepted after Wednesday 14 October 2026.

9. Privacy

9.1 By participating in the Challenge, participants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing, and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Challenge and related marketing communications.

9.2 The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, available at successsupps.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

9.3 Winners consent to the Promoter using their name, gym name, transformation photos, and results for promotional purposes including social media, website, email marketing, and advertising, unless the winner opts out in writing prior to the announcement date.

9.4 Partner gyms consent to being listed as official Success Challenge Partner Gyms in the Promoter's marketing materials for the duration of the Challenge Period.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Challenge.

10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, or delays in the receipt of entries or communications.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Winner Announcement and Prize Draw

11.1 Winners will be announced via a live draw conducted on Wednesday evening, 14 October 2026, broadcast through Zoom or a similar online platform ("the Draw").

11.2 Details of how to watch the live draw will be communicated to all participants and partner gyms via email prior to the announcement date.

11.3 Winners will be contacted directly via the email address provided at registration within 24 hours of the live draw. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their contact details are current and accurate.

11.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

11.5 The Promoter reserves the right to change the format, platform, or date of the draw at its discretion. Reasonable notice will be provided to participants where possible.

11.6 The live draw and winner announcement may be recorded and published on the Promoter's social media channels and website.

12. Bali Retreat Invitation (July 2027)

12.1 Following the conclusion of the Challenge, all participants and partner gyms will be invited to attend the Success Supplements Bali Retreat ("the Retreat"), scheduled for July 2027.

12.2 The Retreat is a separate ticketed event. The Bali Draw winner receives a double pass at no cost. All other participants and partner gyms may attend at their own cost at $2,199 AUD per person.

12.3 The Retreat is capped at 50 spots. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis following the official invitation.

12.4 The $2,199 per person fee and all associated booking terms will be outlined in a separate agreement issued at the time of the invitation.

12.5 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Retreat due to circumstances outside its control including but not limited to travel restrictions, natural disasters, or insufficient registrations. In the event of cancellation, the Promoter will provide a refund of any amounts paid toward the Retreat.

12.6 Participation in the Challenge does not guarantee a spot at the Retreat. The Promoter is under no obligation to hold a spot for any participant or partner gym.

13. General

13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and participants with respect to the Challenge.

13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.

13.3 The Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
